Does your work come with warranty?
Yes, we offer 3 years warranty on all repairs, excluding water damage repairs.
Do you use genuine parts?
To keep repairs affordable, we use 3rd party parts which are fully quality assured and tested. We stand by our parts so much so; we offer 3 years warranty.
Do you have a shop?
We have a fully mobile repair workshop that comes to you to carry out most of our repairs. Some repairs will be offered on a click & collect service.
How long does a screen repair take?
Approximately 30 minutes. Please refer to the product description on our website.
Are you authorized by Apple to repair?
iScreenMan employees have extensive experience to perform work on electronic devices but iScreenMan is not authorized or an endorsed Apple, or other Service Repairer.
How do I book a repair?
Click 'Book Your Repair' on our website, and pick a time & date convenient to yourself, it's as simple as that!
I can't find my device model on your website?
Some devices are offered on a click & collect service, if you cannot find your device on our website, please email email@example.com or call 07497 558240 and we will book your repair.
